  1. How many days do I have to return my purchase?

    At FIELDS we are proud to extend our commitment to helping Canadians live a better life for less and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that and exchange or return is necessary please refer to the following.

    Return Policy

    • Your In Store purchases will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days.

    • Your On Line purchases will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days, from the date you recieved your order.

    • The original receipt or e-receipt is required for returns or exchanges.

    • All items must have tickets and original packaging.

    • Refunds will be applied to original Method of payment

    • Returns or Exchanges are not permitted on software, tobacco, lottery, gift cards, intimates, swim wear or pierced jewelry.

    In Store Purchases

    Our associates in our stores would be happy to accept a return or exchange on any items that are damaged, defective, or simply not to your satisfaction. All returned items should be in their original state, unopened and with all of the tickets attached and should be unworn and undamaged. Merchandise returned without a receipt can only be exchanged for items of equal value.

    On Line Purchases

    We realize that sometimes the item you ordered may not meet your expectations. In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or simply not to your satisfaction, you can return your order to your local FIELDS store. If you are unable to get to a FIELDS store you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product to FIELDS.ca. There are two ways for you to request an RMA

    1. Please email: Customercare@fields.ca Include your order number, name and contact information.

    2. Call us at 1-833-585-2204 Have your order number ready and a Return Merchandise Authorization number will be provided to you by our customer service representative.

  2. How do I use my coupon code?

    Coupon codes will be marked whether they're redeemable online, in store, or both.

    To use online: First, you need to be logged into your FIELDS.ca account*. If you don't already have a FIELDS.ca account, you can easily create one here! After logging in and adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. During your order summary you will see the option to add a coupon code. Apply the coupon code, and voilà! Your discount has been applied to your shopping cart. 

    To use in store: Print or display your coupon code via smartphone to a Store Associate during checkout, and present your email address when prompted.

    Coupon codes may not be combined with one another*, and your code does not apply to taxes and/or shipping and handling fees*. The expiry date on your coupon code will be marked when you receive it and must be redeemed within that period. Number of redemptions per person will be marked with each coupon code.

  4. Can I use a pre-paid Visa or MasterCard to purchase online?

    Sure can! This is an excellent way to pay for your Fields.ca purchases however you do need to make sure that the value on the card is more than the purchase amount to ensure your order is processed to ensure taxes and shipping are covered. Please note that if you require a return of an item or the entire order, purchased with Visa or MasterCard Prepaid card, Fields.ca will not be able to refund the amount back to that prepaid card. However, we will apply any refunds to you as an online credit.   5. Do you price match?

    If you find a lower price online, in-store, or in print before you buy or within 30 days of your purchase FIELDS will honor that lower price. If the sale price matches the criteria below you can take the advertisement to your closest FIELDS store to honor the price match or if your order was placed on FIELDS.ca you can contact our Customer Care Team: Email: Customercare@fields.ca Phone: at 1-833-585-2204 Price Match Criteria: 1. The product must be the exact same brand name and model #. 2. The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all environmental fees, shipping costs, and other charges. 3. The product must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada. 4. The product must not be a limited quantity sale, must be in stock, available for sale, and not be a limited time offer 5. The product’s price must not be a misprint, advertising error or special sale price lower Special sale prices include: VIP SALE, Black Friday, Friends and Family, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) prices, open box products, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items, and financing offers.     You can take it to the closest FIELDS location; remember to have your original proof of purchase with you.

  8. Can a friend pick up my Purchase On Line - Deliver to Store order?

    Yes, you can have anyone pickup your order. This option is given to you at the checkout screen, you must provide your friend's name, phone number and email at this time. When it is time for pickup your friend must produce photo ID to ensure the paid for order is picked up by the correct person.
