  1. Do you price match?

    If you find a lower price online, in-store, or in print before you buy or within 30 days of your purchase FIELDS will honor that lower price. If the sale price matches the criteria below you can take the advertisement to your closest FIELDS store to honor the price match or if your order was placed on FIELDS.ca you can contact our Customer Care Team: Email: Customercare@fields.ca Phone: at 1-833-585-2204 Price Match Criteria: 1. The product must be the exact same brand name and model #. 2. The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars and include all environmental fees, shipping costs, and other charges. 3. The product must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada. 4. The product must not be a limited quantity sale, must be in stock, available for sale, and not be a limited time offer 5. The product’s price must not be a misprint, advertising error or special sale price lower Special sale prices include: VIP SALE, Black Friday, Friends and Family, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) prices, open box products, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, demos, refurbished items, open box items, and financing offers. Who doesn't qualify as a retailer or authorized dealer? The following types of sellers do not qualify for a price beat: Sellers on websites such as Amazon.ca or resellers such as eBay.ca Any sellers whose products are refurbished or liquidated

  2. Is your inventory online accurate?

    Because our inventory and pricing is so good we sometimes sell out BUT we strive to provide our customers with the most accurate and up to date information on stock availability.   3. Do you offer warranty for on-line purchases?

    FIELDS.ca does not offer warranty programs or extended warranty programs, so you will need to ensure that you maintain all manufacturer documentation for any purchase that has a manufacturer warranty.

  5. Do you provide product information on Grocery/Dry goods?

    We do everything we can to ensure that the information about the products we sell is as accurate as possible. However, because products are sometimes changed or improved, the product information, ingredients, nutritional guides and dietary or allergy information may occasionally change as well. Please always read the label carefully before using or consuming any products.

    Not only does FIELDS.ca sell the same products that can be found in our stores but we will also have exclusive items online!

  7. Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my purchase?

    Sorry, FIELDS.ca can only accept one credit card in our online payment process.

  8. Is my credit card number secure?

    You bet! The Fields.ca websites use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 128 bit encryption technologies to enhance security when you visit the secured areas of these sites. SSL is the industry standard tool for protecting and maintaining the security of message transmissions over the Internet. When you access your accounts or send information from secured sites, encryption will scramble your data into an unreadable format to inhibit unauthorized access by others.

  10. Do you offer price protection for online purchases?

    We do the right thing because it just FIELDS good! If you find a lower price on an identical product after your purchase, return the product and your original receipt to any FIELDS location within 30 days and the difference will be refunded to you. Some conditions apply* (see price match guarantee).

  11. Forgot your password?

    Not a problem! Click the ‘Reset Password’ link, your temporary password will be sent to the email you have registered with FIELDS.ca. Once you are back on the site you can create a new password.

    We sure do, but there are items that may be available in store that may not be available online.

  18. How do I use my coupon code?

    Coupon codes will be marked whether they're redeemable online, in store, or both.

    To use online: First, you need to be logged into your FIELDS.ca account*. If you don't already have a FIELDS.ca account, you can easily create one here! After logging in and adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout. During your order summary you will see the option to add a coupon code. Apply the coupon code, and voilà! Your discount has been applied to your shopping cart. 

    To use in store: Print or display your coupon code via smartphone to a Store Associate during checkout, and present your email address when prompted.

    Coupon codes may not be combined with one another*, and your code does not apply to taxes and/or shipping and handling fees*. The expiry date on your coupon code will be marked when you receive it and must be redeemed within that period. Number of redemptions per person will be marked with each coupon code.
